Return and Exchange Policy

1. Basis of Agreement & Commitment

The Company’s sales process is based on sending a financial offer via email and the written acceptance of this offer by the Customer. The written confirmation of the offer is considered a final and binding agreement for the purchase of the products listed.

2. Policy of Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges

Given the Customer’s written agreement and the fact that products are sourced or specifically ordered from suppliers following the agreement:

• Product returns are not accepted.
• Exchanges are not possible for any product.
• The acceptance of the offer implies the full and unconditional acceptance of the non-possibility of a return or exchange.

3. Order Cancellations

• Order cancellations are not accepted after the written agreement and the initiation of the ordering process to the supplier.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are specifically ordered for the Customer.

4. Defective Products

The only instance of deviation from this policy concerns the receipt of a product that is proven to be defective at the time of delivery (excluding damage caused during transportation). In this case:

• The Customer is obliged to inform the Company immediately, within 24 hours of receipt.
• The defective product will be replaced with the exact same product, at no additional charge to the Customer.
• Refunds are not available.
