Procedures for Orders, Payments and Shipping
1. Creating and Finalizing an Order
The finalization of selected product orders can be processed through the following communication channels:

Payment Terms
Orders are finalized upon fulfillment of the following financial terms:
Advance Payment (Deposit): To secure the offer and reserve the goods, an advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required.
Balance Payment: The balance amount must be paid:
- One (1) working day before the delivery of the order, or
- Within thirty (30) days from the arrival of the goods at our warehouse.
Important Note for Future Supplements: For a future supplementary order of a quantity less than 20 , an additional charge of 150€ is imposed.

2. Shipping and Delivery Terms
Estimated Delivery Time
Due to our cooperation with leading Italian houses, the delivery time for products is approximately 15 to 20 days from the date the order is finalized (deposit payment). Our company continuously updates the client on the progress of the order.
Delivery/Receipt Options
Pickup from Our Facilities: Products can be picked up directly from our warehouses.
- Transit Insurance: All products are fully insured by us during their transport from Italy to our facilities.
- Goods Storage: Ordered items are stored in our facilities, free of charge to the customer, for a maximum period of 30 days from the date of their arrival from the factory.
Shipping by Transport Company:
- Shipments are carried out in cooperation with reliable transport companies.
- Shipping Cost: The cost of transport is determined upon agreement and depends on the volume/weight of the order and the final destination.
3. General Commercial Terms & Guarantees
A. Offer Terms
- Offer Price Validity: The prices referenced in the offer are valid for 30 calendar days from the date the offer is provided.
- Prerequisites for Validity: The offer prices apply exclusively to the specific codes, the referenced quantities and for the complete confirmation of the offer into an order.
B. Tile Quantity Terms (Wastage/Loss)
- Required Increase for Wastage: If the requested tile quantities are based on the absolute dimensions of the areas, it is recommended that all tile quantities be increased by at least 8% due to wastage (cuts and losses during installation).
- Final Quantity Confirmation: Upon final confirmation of the order, the final quantities for the project must be confirmed by the construction company.
C. Guarantees and Product Returns
- Manufacturer Guarantee: All tile guarantees originate exclusively from the manufacturing company Ceramiche Refin S.p.A. (or the respective manufacturer).
- Mediation: Pyliotis Ddc undertakes the mediation between the consumer and the product manufacturing company for the handling of any guarantee requests.
- Non-Returnable Products: Returns are not accepted for products that have been imported from abroad and were confirmed during the order placement process.
